Cheri founded the firm in 2005 on the principals of work life balance. Business owners are continuously faced with ever changing tax law and regulatory paperwork. Helping business owners find relief and recognize areas between managing a business and managing their time is a foundation for that balance. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of the clients' unique needs, through research, and sound analysis. CGD is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.

Background

Before entering the accounting profession over a decade ago, Cheri worked as a paralegal in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada, while attending college. During her 10 years in the legal profession she worked with a few of the nations top trial lawyers who were involved in many high profile cases. Her combined career paths offer business owners a diverse level of experience and perspective.

Cheri has advised and helped nurture hundreds of small companies into becoming successful, more profitable businesses. She has developed a wide range of custom accounting solutions for new businesses. Clients’ continued use and expansion of those systems are a tribute to the success of the firm.

She has specialized expertise within the Construction, Real Estate Development, and Manufacturing Business Industries.

The Family

Cheri stays very busy as a mother of 2 young children, Matthew 6 and Graciella 4. She is married to Bob David who after serving the financial services industry for 20+ years started his business in 2009. Bob is a motivational speaker, author and success coach. Fun Activities Beyond The Office

A passion to run led Cheri to finish her first Marathon on November 14, 2009. She continues to run and looks forward to the next race. Enjoying an outdoor lifestyle includes snow skiing, scuba diving and looking for the next mountain to hike with her husband Bob. Cheri also looks forward to Graciella growing up and riding horses together in the future.
